Outside of voting them out next election, how do you get rid of a congress person that refuses to obey the regulations or law? Like Piglosi did with her mask mandate, perhaps the Speaker could impose a fine, but I wonder if that would even hold up. How did she get any of those fines? Were they deducted from their paychecks? That's right everyone, ONLY the President can declassify documents, not the VP. This means that the only way Joe could have legally had the documents is if Obama says he declassified them so he could keep them.

In fact, all Obama has to do is say he did, even if he did not.

You can't prosecute a sitting President. But if the DOJ would prosecute Trump, then the hypocrisy would be mind blowing and support the claim by Republicans the department is totally politicized.
