ALDI shops

have you got Aldi in your region?
Yes, and I got about 25 feet in the door and left. No organization of anything. Total chaos. No order to anything. That’s not how I shop.

I walk in with a list, listed by aisle in order from one end of the store to the other. I get what’s on the list. Nothing else. I checkout with a checkout person and I’m gone.

After biking to an Aldi I did not have a quarter to get a cart, so I used a handicapped riding cart.

Aldi and Lidl are taking over America.
It's where peasants shop.

"Lidl, Because life didn't turn out as it should"

I don't use them, extremely limited range and a high percentage of the limited range tastes puke.

Twice I was given a bottle of Aldi wine by customers. The first time, opened, sip, spit, bin. The second time, opened, poured out, bin.

What shops in the UK do you like?
Mainly use Morrisons for the main shopping, local farm shop for dairy, butchers up the road for meat, once in a blue moon Sainsbury's. Then once in a blue moon M&S food hall due to vouchers or a specific item.

Used to use Tesco's and Asda quite a bit at one point.

The girlfriend defends Aldi and Lidl but she rarely uses them. If she does, normally the bakery in Lidl. So I just wind her up saying we can only go in scruffy clothes, it's where the peasants shop etc..
