I can't think of any 30 to 40 year old black person would want to devote their life to such silliness.

Someone will be anointed. They cant effectively push their agenda without having someone bought and paid to anger white people. Think about it. When you start discussing racism white people wont be able to say....."but...but...Al Sharpton". That would never do.
