he took action. he TRIED to take out OBL. OTOH, Bush ignored him. Bush stopped the predator overflights designed to try and find him. Bush didn't give a shit about terrorists at all or OBL at all... he cared about star wars and pornography and taking long vacations while our enemies gathered at our gates and learned to fly airplanes right under the watchful eye of his very own FBI agents who noted the fact and informed their superiors who were as uncaring as their boss.

and I don't feel ANY safer because Dubya QUIT looking for OBL and didn't listen to his FBI agents screaming about arabs learning to fly jets in American... and I certainly don't feel any safer knowing that Bush has got us stuck in a quagmire in Iraq that had absolutely no connection to the war on terror or the events of 9/11... nor posed any threat to America whatsoever.

no one deserted anyone in Somalia. Clinton pulled our troops out of a civil war after Bush I had gotten us into the mess.

Like I have said: Clinton at least tried to get OBL...Bush ignored him and stopped the program aimed at trying to kill him.... Bush could have given a shit about terrorism before 9/11. Stars Wars, Tax Cuts and Porno - that was his focus.
