Air Force said NO. 12K of them.

OFFERED. Not DEMANDED to or THREATENED to be turned back or no housing or no food or or or. OFFERED. Big ******* difference. That's all you could come up with? What about the thousands crossing the border? No mandatory jabs for them. Nope.
G'wan. Gimme another lame excuse.

Americans are not mandated. But employers CAN mandate. People have a choice to quit their jobs if they don't want the vaccine.

Do you understand that our nation's enemies are intentionally spreading misinformation on our social media in order to divide us and cause chaos? They look for schisms in our political discourse and they try to widen those schisms to weaken us.

Yes, and its democrats who are playing the politics
Agreed...it started with the impeachment proceedings of Trump when it was obvious that he did nothing wrong...and what he was accused of was something that most people actually expect and wanted him to do.
But then it came out that Hunter and Joe were actually guilty of something a lot shadier...

Up to 12,000 Air Force personnel have rejected orders to get fully vaccinated against the coronavirus despite a Pentagon mandate and officials say it is too late for them to do so by Tuesday's deadline, posing a first major test for military leaders whose August directive has been met with defiance among a segment of the force.

The vast majority of active-duty airmen, 96.4%, are at least partially vaccinated, according to data from the Air Force. But officials have warned that, barring an approved medical or religious exemption, those who defy lawful orders to be fully immunized are subject to punishment, including possible dismissal from the service or they could be charged in the military justice system.

Mandates are not looking too slick these days.
They don't have the right to refuse, that would be insubordination. The Air Force currently has 330,000 airman in its ranks. without a war going on it could easily lose that 4%, but that's a whole lot of court-martial. I think the Air Force will just discharge them all without doing that. I was in the Air Force and I would never dream of refusing I was on AirVac I got over 40 shots protecting me from all the diseases worldwide cuz I had to be ready to leave and go anywhere in the world within 24 hours if needed.

And those vaccines were not experimental either. Duh. You miss the point, as usual. :icon_rolleyes:

Excuse him. He's a meathead incapable/not allowed critical though. "Heero" who'd kill his granny if ordered. "Doing as told" YES SIR !"

These guys just want out of the military...they don't care about a dishonorable discharge. It doesn't matter like it once used to for further employment.
Besides dishonorable discharges usually change after a year or so...

Biden's administrations actions and choices are the exact cause of this... nothing else. It's not the vaccinations except for just a way of somewhat excusabley getting discharged.

then get them the **** out and make sure they get no VA benefits the rest of their life.

Military is running short on people just like every business out there. Enlistment is wayyyy down. We need soldiers badly. Between attrition and non-existent enlistment we are short on a lot of soldiers.

Losing 12,000 soldiers is a big deal.

COVID left the Air Force overmanned. Now’s your chance to get out early or go Reserve.

You followed those orders because you trusted in them...that same trust is NOT there anymore because of the actions of high command.
Do the math, 12, 000 out of 330,000 airmen. We are no longer at war, they will not bother giving them court-martials, they will simply label them as malcontents and discharge them.

There will all be getting dishonorable discharges..

Yes, that's at best. But not likely because the result would be so crippling to the US military.
A few of the most hardcore will be sent packing.
We are no longer at war. The Air Force has 330,000 airmen, 12,000 is a drop in the bucket, they won't court-martial them, but they will all be getting dishonorable discharges. Talk about stupidity, ignorance is not Bliss.

Everything is mandated in the military. You are there to serve and obey if you do not your discharged, dishonorably discharged. You never question orders, you are not a civilian, you do not have that right.
