geez, this is what happens when your argument is ideologically driven.. the whole point is the ridiculousness of being given an appointment 11 years down the road...would you go back 11 years later? what kind of "low priorty" health care needs to be seen in 11 years later?..Big deal. Extremely low priority cases are not going to be put ahead of more critical cases. That's a good thing. A doctor can move a person up the list any time the case requires it.
