Big deal. Extremely low priority cases are not going to be put ahead of more critical cases. That's a good thing. A doctor can move a person up the list any time the case requires it.
geez, this is what happens when your argument is ideologically driven.. the whole point is the ridiculousness of being given an appointment 11 years down the road...would you go back 11 years later? what kind of "low priorty" health care needs to be seen in 11 years later?..
... these are the kind of things you would be asking if you were thinking clearly making a serious attempt at providing health care instead of pretending it is a better idea to wait 11 years...this is so typical of socialism
