town I live in planted dogwoods 40+ years ago and the birds ate the berries and pooped them all over the hills, now it's loaded, it looks like a bunch of white cotton balls, pretty cool
my house, previous owner was part of some old lady flower club or something, she planted over 100 bulbs

first yellow daffies then red white and blue tulips, after that purple and orange tiger lily's and then it's over.......that is until late summer
when another round of late bloom[resurrection] lily's were planted as well as crocus

yard smells great! it's a hummingbird buffet

spaced off but on a hill I have a stone retainer wall with 8 red rose bushes and between the sidewalk and the retainer wall
about 5 inches of dirt and I have about 200 feet of more lily's

I'm going to guess probably 300+ bulbs were planted.

somebody was busy.....

I am working on building a giant daffodil patch. I just despise planting bulbs so I only add about 50 more every year. There is a house in my sister's hood that has thousands. It is quite striking. Ours have come and gone already for the year,

I bought 20 18" or so white dogwoods from the department of forestry this year that are coming alive in containers, Not sure where I will plant them though.
