The Biden administration is actively, but not publicly, inviting millions of people to enter the country. Thru an intentional misinterpretation of our immigration laws, and the (really ridiculous) claim they are solving a problem created by the previous administration, publicly saying "Don't come now", while facilitating entry at the border, attempting to overturn a rule which reduces the number of entrants, and moving those organization which exist to control our border to administrative duties facilitating the entry of those who should not be allowed to enter.
The immediate effects are that people from all over the world find their way to the border and report for entry assistance. Many are the victims of criminal acts enroute, many don't survive the trip and die along the way. Because our border is so open, illegal drugs in record quantity enter the country. People denied under Title 42, or those with criminal pasts, or any who, for whatever reason don't want to encounter with border control organizations, simply move up river 1/2 a mile and cross at 0200... facilitated by the criminal cartels, who are reaching new heights of wealth from their various illegal activities - on both sides of the border. Americans living in the vicinity of the border, as well as town/communities are victims of this travesty. Taxpayers are funding entitlements, transportation,etc, and towns/cities are absorbing the growth in schools, medical requirements, and facilities of all types.
Once across the border the masses are provided information on our entitlement programs, some receive a rudimentary health exam, before being provided transportation to a destination with the U.S. which they select... including air travel... much of which is surreptitious, obviously with the hope of not being discovered. Arriving under the heading of "refugees" and asylum seekers, they move into the nation, consume resources and most fail to depart when their case is adjudicated against them.
These facts are common knowledge. Clearly, factually and absolutely, the Biden administration is encouraging and facilitating the arrival and retention of millions of people.
The only beneficiaries of this policy are the few who arrive with valid asylum or refugee claims, and the great majority who have no legally acceptable for being here but remain anyway. The losers are those who suffer or die making the trip, the citizens and taxpayers of the U.S., and the dopers who haven't killed themselves yet.
