Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett Joins Majority In Rejecting Texas-Led Suit To Overturn Election Results

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the majority in rejecting Texas' lawsuit which sought to block the certification of Electoral College votes.

"The court ruled that Texas lacked standing under Article III of the Constitution and that Texas did not provide a “judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections.” All 50 states have certified their election results and the Supreme Court rejected an emergency request from Pennsylvania Republicans to block the election results Tuesday."

The decision to reject this seditious bullshit lawsuit was unanimous -- aside from this stunt being seditious, it was all political theater for an ever increasingly gullible and depraved sycophantic Republican base -- all 100 plus Republican congressmen and 18 republican State AG's auditioning to take over the reins of their own piece of the MAGA cult...and they will still be asking for donations to fight this made up BS and that cult will gladly give it to them.....no questions asked....
