You want me to explain all of Trump's foreign policy to you? I don't have time to go through it all. He has all but eliminated ISIS. He is effectively handling NoKo. He has strengthened our standing with NATO allies. He just completed a successful Asian trip. He gave one of the best presidential speeches of the century in Saudi Arabia. I have to say, among the many things I worried about him being able to handle, he has impressed me in this area. He is turning out to be a very good foreign policy president, whether you recognize that or not.

Okay, so first of all... Passing legislation has nothing to do with foreign policy. Not sure why you lumped that in... maybe you're just dumb? And secondly, this may come as a shock to you but presidents do not pass legislation. That's Congress! Trump has no control over what Congress does. If you don't like them not passing legislation, write letters to them and let them know they need to pass things! All the president can do is sign things they pass. No president going back 250 years has passed legislation because that's not what presidents do.
