After Raising Bail For Rioters, Now DEI Hire Kamala Harris Claims She’s Tough On Crime

So what? Given the fact that CA and most of the country have moved on from Capital Punishment (it is only practiced in the most backward states in the union), it seems Kamala was right and Feinstein was wrong.
SHe sided with a cop killer. Your hero.

Not sure how going to jail for the rest of your life is protecting you.
Ask your cult leader, who took the death penalty off the table for the 9/11 terrorists. The 9/11 terrorists for God's sake.

You mean the ones they couldn't bring to trial for 23 years, because all the evidence against them was tainted by torture?

Bush had 7 years to bring him to trial
Trump had 8 years to bring them to trial
Obama had 8 years to bring them to trial.

They couldn't, because all the evidence was gathered through torture.

Are there any terrorists you won't defend?

No, I don't think we should give up who we are to fight them.

I mean, we could be like Red China. They don't have these issues, they just kill people and harvest their organs.

The problem with that kind of thinking, though, is it never stops with people who deserve it.

So there isn't an American slaughtering terrorists you won't defend. We suspected that, thanks for clearing it up.

So, um, I'm not sure what I can say to you if you don't understand a concept.

I value the rule of law. The rule of law says they deserve due process. Due process would probably acquit them. You need this little thing called "evidence".

Why do you think we never put them on trial, we've had them in custody since 2002.

We only have 30 detainees left at Gitmo. The rest have either been released or returned to their home countries.

I understand you are defending terrorists.

Thanks to Joey, they will die old men in a beautiful part of the world.

I'm kind of indifferent.

These guys will never see the inside of a death chamber.

The problem we have had for the last 23 years with these guys is.

1) We can't use evidence based on torture.
2) We can't use witnesses without revealing their identities or methods of collecting the evidence.
3) There's a true problem with jurisdiction, given they are not US Nationals or ever set foot in the US.
