Both Houses of Congress passed a nearly unanimous bill to bar Donald Trump from lifting ANY sanctions against Russia without their consent to prevent Trump from freeing Russia from all consequences. While that Bill was successful, Trump failed to implement the sanctions he frequently announced against Russia.

Even worse, he tried to force the CIA to work with the GRU on cyber-security, which would have given the Russians access to US systems.

Putin is running a criminal country and giving shelter to all of the worst criminal hackers in the world, in return for which he occasionally asks for "favours". The mere fact that the hackers went to the trouble of denying any Russian government involvement in this attack is a giant red flag. This is a minor and new hacking group which would have had no idea which pipeline to attack without intel from the GRU.

But keep blaming Biden for Trump doing NOTHING to stop Russian cyber warfare against the West.
