Former New York Gov. George Pataki said Thursday that he will announce at a May 28 event in New Hampshire whether he will run for president.
Pataki said he was not worried about the increasingly crowded Republican field of candidates.
He also said that knowing what he knows now, he would not have supported the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
On foreign policy, Pataki said he is experienced, expressing confidence that he doesn’t “need any expert to try and give me a crash course.”
“Now, in defense of President [George W.] Bush, though, after the surge, we had created a stable Iraq, and it was that decision by the Clintons and Obamas to withdraw every single American troop that created the void,” he added.

Interesting that he doesn't seem to know that it was Geo Bush who made the decision to withdraw from Iraq and that President Obama had no choice.
On CNN just now, he said he would go for a ground war on ISIS so he's ignorant about that too.
