You did not do your homework like most student's who flunk. You do not have to commit a crime to be impeached. Impeachment is based on "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”You and all Trump minions are absolute fricking idiots. A major goal of our founding Fathers was to prevent a monarchy. They built in the seperation of powers. THEY DID NOT WANT THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OR THE PRESIDENT TO HAVE TOO MUCH POWER. Trump and his idiots are undermining a major tenet of the Constitution by giving Trump unfethered power. Why, because the intel committee has no jurisdiction on impeachment.
Jurisdiction:
The committee oversees all or part of the following executive branch departments and agencies:
United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence - Wikipedia
- Office of the Director of National Intelligence
- Central Intelligence Agency
- Defense Intelligence Agency
- Department of Defense
- Department of Energy
- Department of Homeland Security
- Department of Justice
- Department of State
- Department of Treasury
- Drug Enforcement Administration
- Federal Bureau of Investigation
- National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
- National Reconnaissance Office
- National Security Agency
- Office of Naval Intelligence
- Twenty-Fifth Air Force
- United States Army Intelligence and Security Command
- United States Coast Guard Intelligence
- Marine Corps Intelligence Activity

Kind of makes you wonder what kind of shit these people are trying to pull.
Congress absolutely has subpoena power. How do you think Clinton was impeached?
Once again, you are an idiot but I think you know that.
What law school did you graduate from. Who was your Constitutional law professor?
Hey dummy, Clinton was impeached after he was investigate by an Independent Counsel and after he struck a plea deal with the State of Arkansas on charges of perjury and obstruction of justice.
To this point the DOJ has said Trump has broken no laws, see the difference? As for you commie propaganda, shove it.
.
Educate yourself: 9 things everyone should know about the impeachment process
You may want to listen Lindsey Graham's interpretation of what it takes to be impeached from the 1990's

Educate yourself. Look at the big picture.
So tell the class which of those terms are not crimes."treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
You can't impeach a president just because you don't like his policies or think he has poppy pants.
You might want to read what the founders said in the discussions on the impeachment clause.
.
Read Graham's explanation from the 1990's.
But it is illegal for a President to solicit election help from a foreign nation. The evidence is building that is exactly what Trump did.
In a civil court there is no doubt he would be found guilty. A preponderance of the evidence points to nothing but an attempt to get dirt on the top rival from the Democrats.
You stupid fucking moron, there are no parallels between the 90's and today, zip, zero, nada. Address the thread topic, it has nothing to do with what you stupid fucking commies are accusing trump of, it has to do with the subpoena powers of the various committees in the house and their areas of jurisdiction. Now get on topic or just STFU.
