Actress Michelle Trachtenberg Has Died.

She was great, I loved Eurotrip.

RIP

Is anyone here a fan of this girl? She was only 39. Go here for the news.

God bless you and Michelle's family always!!!

P.S. Ritchie Rich's Christmas Wish is the only film of hers that I have.

Watched her on "Buffy", turns out she refused to alone Joss Whedon, he got very physical with her. Same with Carisma Carpenter.

She did a few kid movies when I was a kid.
Harriet the spy. We used to watch that all the time in school.

Yeah, she was a cutie.

Gone too soon.

May she rest in peace.

I'm a fan of the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series, so I am familiar with Michelle Trachtenberg. She was a very cute kid. She was still attractive when she played the wife of Lee Harvey Oswald in Killing Kennedy. I only bring up her appearance because she was looking unwell in recent photos. I guess that happens with liver failure. It's my understanding that her official cause of death is still not officially determined.

On a different note, Buffy was on of my favorite TV shows, but I did find it kind of creepy that "Buffy" who was a 16 year old at the beginning of the series "slept with" a vampire hundreds of years old. Seems like a case of necrophilia-pedophilia.

Her family declined an autopsy so the cause of death will remain unknown. Shame though. She was just a kid.

Likely they know already and want to keep it in the family. I can respect that.

My children understand my wishes and I have it in my will. That there is to be no autopsy upon my death. I don’t want somebody carving me up. I’m mostly English descent, but I do have a percentage of Native American in me. Two of my cousins actually went out of their way to prove it and they get some kind of small thing from the tribe. I never had an interest in doing so.

I suspect that the family has a good idea of what the cause of death is... but see no need to make it official.

When I die, do what you want with my body. I don't really care, I'll be dead. While it would be neat to be posed like the Fonz in a glass top coffin table in someone's home, it doesn't really matter in the end.

When my grandmother died, I think I was the only one who wanted an autopsy done. I didn't push for it though because it wasn't on me to put everyone else through that. I would have liked to have known though.

39 isn't the age of a kid, but it most definitely isn't the age of an old person either.

God bless you and everyone who loved her always!!!

P.S. I pray that she wasn't a drinker. I have a cousin who died in 2021 which was the year of his 38th birthday and being the heavy drinker that he was is why he never made it to age 40.

Never heard of her but liver disease is a bad way to go.
Tell me about it! It nearly killed me! I didn't really drink at all. I had NASH (Nonalcoholic steatohepatitis). Complications after my transplant nearly killed me about 4 months afterward but were not related directly to my liver.

My wife just researched and confirmed she had a recent transplant and had complications. May she RIP.
