I think your problem isn't because white people are racists.....I think it's because you act like a racist asshole yourself.

We had a guy at work who worked in the plumbing shop and developed a real problem with his co-workers because he thought they were all racists.

He couldn't get along with anyone because he automatically assumed every one hated him because of the color of his skin.

Eventually he stopped showing up in the shop and just went out on his work orders without talking to the boss.
