ACLU Commercial…”Born In The U.S.A.”…..pulls at the heart strings. Are they being honest and genuine?

Sane people see they not-so-cleverly left out a small detail….If they were above board they’d title it….”Born In The USA To Parents Who Broke In Against The Will Of Americans” wouldn’t they?

They are spending a shitload of $$ on these ads. They don't have better things to do with their money?

the current law
Not according to current law.
The current law? pretty sure the 14th is the same as when it was written
it's just not be enforced is the problem

Where are these recruiting stations located? Mexico. Columbia, Honduras, China? I mean just how does this work? They recruit some poor woman, do they pay her? Is there some kind of deferred compensation waiting for the moment this young "sleeper cell" is awakened, after she raised her own personal army with her multiple anchor babies here in the United States.
what stations? people pay people to slip into the USA when pregnant, have the child, boom
our law states the child is legal and thus the parent
anchor babies, 320K were born here last year......think about that

They are not from Germany, 99% from South America

It is enforced exactly as interpreted by the court.

There is no such thing as an “anchor baby.”

The term "anchor baby" is a controversial and pejorative term used to describe a child born in the United States to non-citizen parents. Because the U.S. observes birthright citizenship (under the 14th Amendment), the child automatically becomes a U.S. citizen, which some argue can be used by the parents to help secure their own legal status later

court, not by the 14th

not sure what part of lawful you don't get

somebody here illegally is not lawful

if you are illegal you don't get a birth RIGHT here

If the SC would do it's job they would end this now

problem is do they round up all those kids now and throw them out?

That would be very hard to do but they can stop it from happening in 2026

Wait a damn minute. You mean illegal immigrants are paid to come here? Damn, I thought the immigrants were the ones paying. Can you guys ever keep your stories straight?

So hey, lets run with that. Illegal immigrants are paid to make anchor babies for future sleeper cells. Show me the money? Where do these illegal immigrants keep all that money? How do they get paid, can't be Western Union, they use that to send money out of the country not bring it in. Is it Crypto? Tron perhaps.

Yes you do. How many times do I have to say it. Wong Kim Ark's parents were here ILLEGALLY. They didn't stay here, domicile here, they went back to China. It was years later, when Wong Kim Ark returned from visiting his parents, in CHINA, that he was denied re-entry into the United States on the grounds that he was not a citizen. The SCOTUS ruled otherwise and that is still the current legal principle.
