Why would racial demographics influence the certification process? Regardless of race, or any other demographic metric, it's just a voter .. and Harris underperformed in a majority of demographics compared to the 2020 election.

Neither the voting machine tabulates your race or gender and mail-ins, all the personally identifiable info is on the outside envelop separate from the actual ballot, so maybe it is based on exit polling. Even if it’s true that only 9% of black women voted for Trump, how would this affect the certification? He won the election.

And as far as demographics, twice as many black men voted for Trump than in 2020; Hispanics went about 50%, a big increase; even 40% - 45% of Jews in critical swing state went for Trump. Just because black women overwhelmingly voted for the empty vessel and her radical policies doesn’t mean Trump didn’t win.
