Here's the first one in Nevada reported at First class-action lawsuit filed over Nevada?s insurance marketplace | Las Vegas Review-Journal :eusa_whistle:

Matthew Callister said about 40 people have called him to say they’ve paid for coverage and have no insurance.

He said he didn’t know how big the class could get, but he noted that Nevada Health Link had a pends list of more than 10,500 people without coverage as of last week.

But, how can this be? Didn't our president and his minions gloat about reaching their 7 million milestone and bragging about how so many Americans now have health insurance due to the ACA? I'm stunned.

:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Saw this coming......they need to go after XEROX since there is a cap on how much the state can be sued for.

No surprise here--there was a noted problem a few months ago--about people thinking they signed up for O-Care--through the exchanges--that may be surprised to learn they didn't--even after paying for it. Something to do with the forms that the insurance company requires that they weren't getting.

Watch how many LW'ers all of a sudden will start jumping to the defense of corporations getting sued over ACA!!!
