About that four-inch scar on Sandra Bland's lower adbomen

I don't know much about medicine so I do not want to speculate about what a 4-inch scar in the lower abdomen may be.
I'd like to ask those familiar with scars, surgeries, medicine, etc. what kind of conditions/surgeries is likely to leave a 4-inch horizontal linear scar on the lower abdomen.
The Sandra Bland autopsy noted the scar.

Maybe she gave a child up for adoption. Sounds like a C-section scar to me.

It's possible.

That's the most likely scenario to me so far.

It could also be from some other surgery she might have had, but the location and size of the scar is definitely consistent with a C-section.
