8000 troops in nothing...I'm sure they will be positioned outside of our embassy in a protective green zone...when we pulled out of Iraq we left in place 15,000 troops now down to less than 10,000...we will always have a presence in Iraq and Afghanistan as long as we have a working embassy there...
