A Parkinson's disease specialist has visited the White House residence medical clinic at least nine times since July 2023

Being physically handicapped has zero to do with ability to serve as POTUS.

Mental illness does impact his ability.
Are you so desperate that you refuse to acknowledge dementia? Parkinson's is frosting on the cake.

Dementia
Symptoms

The symptoms include:
Cognitive and sensory changes:
  • Memory loss, generally noticed by the near and dear ones
  • Difficulty in communication, especially finding the right words to communicate
  • Reduced ability to organize, plan, reason, or solve problems
  • Difficulty handling complex tasks
  • Confusion and disorientation
  • Difficulty with coordination and motor functions
  • Loss of or Reduced visual perception
  • Metallic taste in mouth, decreased sense of smell
  • Agnosia - unable to identify objects or persons

Psychological changes:
  • Changes in personality and behavior
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Hallucinations
  • Mood swings
  • Agitation
  • Apathy - lack of interest or emotions
If applicable, add Parksinson's Disease.

Parkinson's symptoms may include:

  • Tremor. Rhythmic shaking, called tremor, usually begins in a limb, often your hand or fingers. You may rub your thumb and forefinger back and forth. This is known as a pill-rolling tremor. Your hand may tremble when it's at rest. The shaking may decrease when you are performing tasks.
  • Slowed movement, known as bradykinesia. Over time, Parkinson's disease may slow your movement, making simple tasks difficult and time-consuming. Your steps may become shorter when you walk. It may be difficult to get out of a chair. You may drag or shuffle your feet as you try to walk.
  • Rigid muscles. Muscle stiffness may occur in any part of your body. The stiff muscles can be painful and limit your range of motion.
  • Impaired posture and balance. Your posture may become stooped. Or you may fall or have balance problems as a result of Parkinson's disease.
  • Loss of automatic movements. You may have a decreased ability to perform unconscious movements, including blinking, smiling or swinging your arms when you walk.
  • Speech changes. You may speak softly or quickly, slur, or hesitate before talking. Your speech may be more of a monotone rather than have the usual speech patterns.
  • Writing changes. It may become hard to write, and your writing may appear small.
With all these symptoms, why do you hate our country so much as to ignore this in the leader of the free world? WOW!

And Reagan had Alzheimer's...yet was president twice.
And President Reagan did an incredible job. Meanwhile, Joe Biden...

Indeed, Although FDR was incapacitated/handicapped by his ability to walk, his mind was sharp and accurate, his ability to make the right choices are historical.
Listen to his January 1941 "Four Corners Speech and December 8th, 1941 speech (during his 3rd term).
Please note FDR was the last president to go to Congress to Request the Declaration of War against Japan.
That was 14 presidents down the road since.
Where has America gone wrong.?

Your Bull Scat response shows your own inability to reason.
Comparing the two is like Apples and Oranges.
Ronald Reagan's presidency 1981 to 1989...
Pres. Reagan may have been in his primary stages and undetected, whereas Joey Biden appears to be near the 5th stage of the disease complicated by Parkinson's disease.
You can mince words about whose disability is worse, but from all outward appearances, Joe Biden is passed his ability to lead.

My dad had Parkinson's. He, like Biden, had a stiff gate and would 'freeze' now and then. His brain was affected as he lost the ability to stay on a logical line of thinking and also had trouble getting dressed. Like Biden, my Dad never got the shakes. I had to intercede and tell him he needed help and, organized for him and my stepmother to get in home care. Telling my Dad he needed help was one of the hardest things I have done. Spending his last year with him was wonderful and fulfilling. I can't imagine pushing him to keep working. Biden's family is doing him a horrible disservice.

My mom had it as well, and yes, in the moderate stage she showed signs much like Biden, and as you describe.

It's now known that Biden has Parkinsons.

Or it could be they were there to help with the new bill that was just signed into law.

On July 2, President Biden signed the National Plan to End Parkinson’s Act into law. This is the first-ever federal legislation dedicated to ending Parkinson’s disease (PD).
