Until we either change our voting procedures or one of the two parties goes under, third parties that don't start at the ground level and work their way up (and thus supplant one of the two main parties) will do nothing but tilt election results to the side the third party disagrees with most.

You may not like it, but that doesn't mean it isn't reality.
