No more rights to public gatherings....government ability to tap any phone suspected of use for gathering (or persons) it deems a threat with no warrant or probable cause necessary? Curfews? You elect Communists who laugh and joke in private and would die quickly in a real insurrection if people fought back in the first world revolutions. They go to expensive dinners and live the life of royalty as the common folk do the dirty work. Any businessperson who wants to build factories in these areas are fools. Leave these areas.
