A matter of law and order & right and wrong

I'm not sure how his argument differs from the arguments already made here by some. If we already made these arguments, of course we agree with them.
 
This reminds me of the lessons of the Stanford Prison Experiment back in the 70s. Long story short, in the prison atmosphere, humans play 2 roles, both perverse. The prisoners submit (not the case in the OP) and the guards dominate and threaten. Sad story, all too common.

Philip Zimbardo conducted those experiments at Stanford, and wrote a book about it, The Lucifer Effect.
