Again, I would class anyone who intentionally drugs a woman to sexually assault them as a sexual predator.

What I am talking about is the fact that a man can be prosecuted for being being intoxicated and having sex with a woman who is also intoxicated who has consented to the act.

That excludes woman who are passed out, said "no", or what not.

Pragmatically, this crime is hardly ever prosecuted, but a man could be prosecuted.

I guess the larger issue is, why is the issue of "consent" fall completely on the woman?

Jesus Christ said that for a man to look at a women and "lust" after her has committed adultery with her in his heart. This is probably just one reason our nation is going down the tubes. Because of "self" and "lust", instead of love and respect in relationships.

My intent is not to play down rape or sexual assault. My opinion is that people like the one that wrote that blog do more to damage the issue than anyone who ever tried to argue that a woman deserved to be raped because she was in the wrong neighborhood or wearing the wrong clothes. Rape is a problem, but blaming men who like pornography for it is stupid.
