Who is this Dr Fine "expert" you appear to be interested in? What is there professional experience as it relates to oil and gas production, discovery, geologic basis for, etc etc? Did they run the EIA, head up a geoscience project with the USGS, run a state geological survey somewhere?

I think I answered my own question. An associate professor at a community college with a minor number of enrolled students, and apparently he has someone posting in other places pimping for him, his credentials, and his inconsequential comments on various things energy related.
