The resolution to this problem must include Jordan taking a big chunk of Palestinians in the West Bank (who are actually Jordanian war refugees to begin with) and getting financial assistance or compensation from Israel / The West for doing so, or the Jordanians managing a disarmed Palestinian population in the West Bank.
