I always have said he was justified. When a police officer gives you commands to at least cease what you are doing and you continue to the point that you represent a threat to the officer, you increase your odds of getting shot.

Show an instance where a peaceful assembly of protesters were doing JUST that activity and not also combining recording with attacking ICE vehicles, throwing rocks at ICE vehicles, or using your own vehicle to obstruct ICE mission?

I support anyone standing on the sidewalk or otherwise out of the way recording any law enforcement activity. When they start to obstruct the officers or physically get in the face of officers, that’s when it is no longer just recording.
