Stacking the Supreme court refers to adding justices to the existing number. Trump got conservative judges appointed to replace justices but he never Increased the number of justices to more than nine.

Biden has considered added justices but when the republicans ger back into power they would just add more. Soon we would have a couple hundred Supreme Court justices. The Supreme Court would be a farce.
