A beautiful sight, Girls club softball game played this morning!

It was so great to see a young girls softball game being played this morning at the park near my house. They were all wearing face shields made of clear plastic. I'm not sure how those would work at higher levels of play where the game is faster and more aggressive but these kids seemed to be adjusting to them well. Play ball!

My daughter loved softball, so did my wife when she was in Jr.High and High School. I think both could have done well on 75% of the boys' teams re outfield positions and catcher.
