I cannot say, I would want to see a 12-year-old tried as an adult, but at the same time, if found guilt and given juvenile punishment (damn near no punishment), I see just cause to have her picture and address pasted publicly, so normal people can be on the lookout, to avoid becoming another victim.

I used to manage a retail store in Minnesota about 40 years ago. It was common practice even back in those days for adults to use children to do retail theft, most of the time it being parents and their children. You have the kids steal the stuff because the justice system won't prosecute them. And, of course, the children learn a valuable trade.

12-year-old Jewish girls are in school most the day, then Hebrew School or piano lessons, then dinner, then homework, and then maybe an hour of TV before bedtime.
