While gang and cartel violence runs rampant throughout the state, the anti-civil rights lobbyists and politicians had passed a law that requires law-abiding citizens to pass a background check every time they purchase ammunition, in any quantity.

I suspect seeing Joe Biden's utter disregard for federal background checks probably influenced the court's decision.
