How else do you explain conservatives completely ignoring the DoJ report of the Minneapolis Police Dept?

They elected Kroll. That tells you what you need to know about their opinions about police reform. As the article showed, the police have resisted reforms. They align with conservative politics.
Derek Chauvin is a registered Republican (illegally voting in Florida no less). That’s not a coincidence.
Are you claiming the police chief instructed the force to do the things in the DoJ report?

And how do you explain the conservative support for the police force that engages in widespread corrupt actions?

Back in the day, it was not life or death depending on if a dem or rep got in. The 2 or 4 year election cycle was not that big a deal as most everyone was on the same or similar wavelength...but not any more.
I've never found any answer to the problem, even after looking at it for ages. Neither do any of the deep thinkers ever come up with an answer. It always revolves around...if we can get term limits, if we can get full control of D.C. (Like they had for 2 years with Trump) If this, if that. If shit was Shinola, we wouldn't have to buy shoe polish...and on and on. Nothing but whine, whine, whine.
Until you can accept you've lost you will keep playing a game that you will always lose. Confess your sins of stupidity you kraken releasing, pizzagate swallowing, pie in the sky, Q-anon loving, Black Rifle coffee drinking, conman Trump worshiping numbskulls. We need straight thinking people to run what is left of America after the dems destroy it.
Every election in America seems like America's very survival rests on the outcome. You can't run a country like that. Sooner or later, you will lose an election. Nor should a healthy country be knocking on the door of implosion every other week.
These are our choices:
1) Do nothing...live as tax slaves under perpetual dem rule and be disarmed.
2) Civil War - formal secession. Form the America First Union / Conservative States of America Union / Conservative Union...or whatever you want to call it. Dems will wipe you out with the military...which they own.
3) Informal Secession - Still form the America First Union / Conservative States of America Union / Conservative Union...or whatever you want to call it. Then disregarded Federal law as the dems have done for ages.
4) Vote dem and accelerate the collapse - may make for an easier 'peaceful' divorce. And if there is a hot civil war, dems will send in the military and wipe reps out. Reps have zero organization or $ to fight any war.
Biden is now working on new laws that will effectively ban private gun sales. After that he goes to work on banning the black guns. There have already been dem states trying to ban guns that hold over 5 rounds. That would ban most revolvers as well.
The kids growing up are a mess. We can't depend on them to save America. They fully support this disaster.

You believe in law and order and are willing to tolerate (and often support) a police state to accomplish it.
You want “law and order” even if it means abandoning constitutional protections because you know the people who are having their rights violated dont look like you.

You blame the Democratic mayor and city counsel for police brutality despite their attempts to unsuccessfully combat it. The police who engage in these acts are blameless and you support them and they support Republicans.
