lets get this straight shall we tinny :- there is no INTERNATIONAL LAW that says Israel has to take its enemies and treat them for their medical condition. After so many have tried to smuggle bombs and weapons across the border Israel has denied them all access to Israeli medical facilities. If they want treatment let their own government provide the treatment and not spend all the money on weapons. Once the Palestinians stop all belligerence then Israel will no longer need to retaliate, and Palestinian human shields will cease getting killed. It is that simple, and the world would turn on Israel if it did keep on firing at the Palestinians. But while on rock is thrown, or one child is kidnapped then the Palestinians deserve all they get, and the world will not show them any sympathy.
