I think it is quite reasonable to question the meme/concept. I can't imagine even George Soros or other very wealthy leftists paying that kind of money for an internet post except perhaps by some celebrity or other well known person with far reaching and effective influence paid to endorse a candidate or some such.

I'm pretty sure nobody on the right is promoting pro-Israel posts in that way either.
