More likely the evangelical Christians supporting Israel keep them thinking their views. Seeing that they seem to have been picked on they promote social rights for all people. The world is not so clean in that thinking though. The United Nations is anti-Israel. Many nations of the planet are the same. They need to rethink what they are doing before their main benefactor the United States becomes anti-Israel. President Joe was a chameleon who spent 50 years in government. He tried not to screw Israel over within his own party walking a fence. A decade from now and he was still in politics as a chameleon he would.
You guys are too simple minded. I dont mean to offend. But what you call walking a fence is a nuanced approach to supporting Israel and Palestinian humanity. The GOP only supports killing Palestinians. That is their only alignment with Israel and Jews. In every other aspect of life the are vehemently opposed to Jewish interests. That's why Jewish Americans support the Democrats by 80%/20% and why Palestinians do too. Shit. The only thing that brings those two groups together is knowing the GOP is trash.

Many antisemites play this game where they will tolerate a Jewish person begrudgingly if that person is self-hating enough. In turn, many Jewish people seek to avoid all the canards the antisemites throw at them so bend over backwards to prove they aren't one of those bad Jews who actually stand up for themselves.

54% of Jewish families make over $100k vs 19% of Americans. Vouchers are a benefit to the upper income families. Sure, plenty of GOP policies benefit a high percent of Jewish families directly in those high incomes. But they STILL vote against the GOP for 1 specific reason. The Jewish Americans know what happens when you support a party that demonizes minorities.
Almost no Jews think that. They absolute know that the Democratic party stands up for all minorities including Jewish and Palestinian supporters which includes normal and bigoted folks. It's that dedication to supporting a party of tolerance which they trust wont turn them into the problems looking for another white wing solution.
