That's 60 Billion with a B. 6o million wouldn't buy shit, that wouldn't buy a single F-15E and they are supposedly buying 84 new F-15 fighters and three types of helicopters: 72 Black Hawks, 70 Apaches and 36 Little Birds.
If we don't sell to them, Russia will fill that order with the crap they produce. They won't be getting anything that we can't knock out of the sky very easily. One F-22 would destroy a gaggle of F-15s.
