Granted they will be back with the 15 years probation but who else will need to die?

The county it happened in is 68% white, 74% voted republican in 2024 and its mostly rural. Definitely not a liberal area so a jury trial would have ended badly for them.

My guess is they have a complete and total idiot of a DA to accept that plea.

Sounds like the Prosecutors office, and the judge let them off light, in Alabama, to me. 5 years in the pen and 15 years probation isn't much for killing 4 young people (that will remain dead until the end of time) and wounding 32 others. 15 in prison and 5 on probation after release, I might understand.
