If the flags are private property, then they should be charged with defacing private property. That’s the extent of it. But, there must be consistency. If these people are going to be charged but people are not charged stealing or defacing MAGA and Pro-Life signs, then we once again are cherry picking application of law enforcement.

If you steal someone else's flag and burn it, if thats within the applicable criminal law law, then you could be charged. You're confusing two different things.
