What's with the new 30 second wait time between searches?

It's fucking annoying.

I think the addition of wait times for search functions shaves a few bucks off of the server fees.
Which is cool.
Better to wait 30 secs than have the site go under.

Sometimes searches can bog down the server if MANY things are going on @ once...

Having a 30 second limit cuts down on that,i have seen it on many VBB sites..
