First off, I really don't understand the logic behind it but something just struck me about it....
I was trying to search "NSA" to see if there was already a story about what I wanted to post.
'My search returned zero results', so I selected Titles Only
That's when I was hit with the time limit....so I wait,,,,,,,,still zero results so I went to New Posts to look around myself
STILL had to wait!!
Can we shorten the wait time or, at least, if there are Zero results let us continue on???
