30 ex-FBI agents, retired deputy assistant director+head of counterterr+5 SWAT team members, speak out publicly supporting suspended FBI whistleblower

That is misleading. Per the quote I posted previously, the charges were not “dismissed”, they didn’t take the case because they wanted the feds to take it. Whether or not it has merit remains to be seen so try to at least be honest about. If you are going about “henchmen”…well your own compatriots have a long bloody trail of murder, bombings, arson and assault to their record that was the reason the FACE Act was passed to begin with.

Do you love unelected, unaccountable thugs engaging in extrajudicial violence?

How about waiting to see what the actual facts are first?

Not.

It's plainly obvious this is a transparent political gambit designed to show that the Dems are doing something about Hobbs.

If FedGov actually cared about this character they would have arrested him on the spot a year ago, they would have been there at the police station when the cops let him out of jail.

Oh. So that some idiots bombed abortion clinics in the past means that this guy deserved to have 25 armed FBI show up at his home? That's what we're doing now in Biden's America?

Okay. The RNC headquarters is sacred. Trump tower is sacred. You like? Seem legit?
If it means something sacred to certain people then it is sacred to those people, who are you to make that determination?

Bloody hell….you’ll excuse anything. That is why the law was passed. We don’t even proof there were 25 agents or what the Houcks claimed happened the way they claimed but you apparently know everything.

You are assuming everything said by Houck is true and everything said by man who was assaulted is not. Point is hitting or shoving some one is where that man’s right of free speech ends.
No, I'm not. In more than one post I said something like : 'Assume the worst, that the dad got angry at a seventy-two year old for supporting abortion after living a long life himself and Houck just randomly went up and pushed him.'

So assume that. It would be simple battery, and it is up to local jurisdictions to decide what to do about it, once the old man reported it. They did, they decided to drop it. Then the old man sued but wouldn't even show up for his own case, so that was dropped also. Then it "came to the attention of" the FBI. Wonder how that happened?

The FBI reaction was incredibly excessive, not something you do in a year old case of alleged simple battery, that locals declined to prosecute. It's what banana republics do in cases of dissent.

Yep.
Yep.

No doubt the old geezer complained about the FACE act when it happened and the FBI were too busy investigating Trump to take the case. Then after Dobbs, they started looking for targets of their anger at the USSC, and someone remembered the crackpot that bugged them last year.

The FBI hasn't denied there were 25 agents, nor have they denied the Houcks version of how it happened.

The ONLY thing the FBI has denied is that a SWAT team was used.
