The 100-fold neutralizing ability presupposes authoritarian knowledge of the interaction of the mutations and also presupposes no interference from prophylactic drugs (HCQ, ivermectin) or the host’s natural ability to address the complexity of the mutations. The theft of the vaccine has to carry, because no trial would allow ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine from intervening, at which point the contradiction shows up in the stats, especially the Uttar Pradesh stats.
