This reported leak was actually the 1st.
"The unprecedented leak of the draft majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was, as Chief Justice John Roberts put it, a “singular and egregious breach of that trust that is an affront to the Court and the community of public servants who work here.” The Court quickly launched an investigation, but the same shenanigans are still going on.
A recent article by Robert Barnes, Carol D. Leonig, and Ann E. Marimow at the Washington Post about Chief Justice Roberts’ apparent waning influence appears to include yet another leak from the court.
So this 1st leak showed how Roberts was going to prevent the reversal of RvW.
Interesting how THIS leak did not cause liberals to lose their minds, cause elected Democrats to call for violence and Insurrection, or spark liberal extremists to commit acts of terror.
That's because they thought they were going to get their way.
Also intetesting NOW is how liberals are too stupid to comprehent the fact that Roberts is on their sise, was not only going to vote to prevent the reversal but was going to write the decision brief.
Roberts intended to sway the other judges to vote with him; yet, liberals are still marching at his home and threatening him and his family. (You can't fix stupid.)
It was not until the SECOND leak that liberals began throwing their emotional tantrums and going after the USSC Justices, as this one showed Robert's failure to swsy the other judges and get them to update RvW.
So what is Roberts waiting on now? He didn't want RvW overturned. Is he facilitating the intimidation and violence, giving Democrats time to divide the nation, putting pressure in the Justices from without while Roberts tries to convince them from within that it is not too late to follow his lead abd that upholding RvW is best for the country for now?
