Kamala's 'plan' is the same as Biden's was; make the rich pay their fair share. That's how they plan to fund all their giveaways. Kamala has admitted this. But since you asked, you can find out more here: Remember that this interpretation is different than what Rattner projects by around $500 billion towards the deficit. Trump's projected addition to the deficit is $3 trillion vs. $500 million to $1 trillion by Harris (10 years).
