Barr actively investigated any and all allegations of fraud. In fact, he gave local law enforcement extra powers to go in before the counts were even completed to stop fraud in its tracks. This was very concerning at the time the memo was released to the public.
Even with all this extra instructions to investigate EVERYTHING, and the additional powers Barr gave the FBI and local law enforcement, there weren't few cases to investigate, and none which would have affected the outcome of any election in any state.
