I am trying to understand why this concept is so difficult to grasp. There never were 46 million "uninsured" people that
A) 10 million of which could legally get health insurance.. Income, Poverty and Health Insurance Coverage in the United States: 2009 - Income & Wealth - Newsroom - U.S. Census Bureau.. Not citizens!
B) 14 million that said they were uninsured QUALIFIED for Medicaid.. all they need do is register! http://coverageforall.org/pdf/BC-BS_Uninsured-America.pdf
C) And the worse case .. 18 million that don't need (under 34 years old..) could afford (make over $50k) and spend less then employers health plan were counted!

That is 42 million people of the 46 million number used to convince Congress to just barely pass by ONLY 7 votes Obamacare!
True 4 million WANT and NEED health insurance... SO why the need to LIE there were 46 million??

It is very hard to comprehend any intelligent person who after FOLLOWING the above sources that state:
10 million are not citizens. 14 million need only register. 18 million DON"T WANT or NEED!
How terribly hard is it to
A) Verify these numbers are true:
B) Subtract 42 million from 46 million and see there are LESS THEN 4 million!

Any intelligent person would then come to the conclusion THE ONLY thing necessary to FIX was the total WASTE of $850 billion a year that the doctors
say they send in claims to Medicare/insurance companies' payers. Claims the payers rather then get into expensive legal hassles PAY!

Taking a cue from Obamacare that naively said well tanning salons cause cancer so let's add a 10% tax. That way we can pay for cancer treatments!

Problem solved! As the $850 billion defensive medicine costs decline.. so too would the lawyers tax rate decline!
Easily $100 to $200 billion a year in savings... passed on in REDUCED claim costs and directly into reducing Premiums!
