I agree. Even in my small city of Denton we have very loud warning sirens. I know because they test them ever Wednesday at noon for a couple of minutes.Do you not think that in a place with a history of flash floods, that as soon as there's a weather warning, someone should be notified, especially in places like camps?
And there wasn't just one the day before, there were loads. And even if people are sleeping, there should be a system in place.
Oh, but that costs money, and the local area decided they didn't want to pay for it, the state couldn't be bothered either.
