This July 4th weekend is the worse in 19 years.

Meanwhile city leaders say things are better.... however...violent crime is still rising....cat kidnappings however are down.

Meanwhile city officials STILL have not increased dramatically proven technological methods that have dropped crime in areas where installed by a full third. Why?
